Taiga Delta de l’Ebre
This campsite is situated on the beach in the small fishing village of L’Ampolla, famous for its gastronomy, peaceful beaches and coves. The site offers 87 large grass shady touring pitches with electric hook up connections available a and fully equipped bungalows for rent. Ideal for couples, families and anybody who wants lots of activities including fishing, excursions (walking, cycling, horseriding, boats), watersports (windsurfing, kite-surfing, kayaking and waterskiing), as well as good food and relaxation.

Camping La Torre del Sol
A pleasant tree-lined approach road gives way to avenues of palms as you arrive at Torre del Sol. This large, well-designed site occupies a good position in southern Catalunya with direct access to a 800m. long soft sand beach.

Camping & Bungalows Estanyet
Estanyet can be found midway between Barcelona and Valencia and would make a good stopover when travelling along Spain’s north east coast. A small pebble beach is just across the road and it is a 15-minute walk to the village of Les Cases. This friendly, welcoming site has 98 grass and sand pitches ranging in size from 65 to 90 sq.m. They are equipped with 5/10A electricity hook-ups. If you plan a longer stay, there is a good restaurant on site and a swimming pool.

Camping Joan
Camping Joan is a very friendly, family run site to the south of the popular village of Cambrils and with direct access to a fine sandy beach. There are 193 touring pitches, most between 50-70 sq.m. and all with 5A electrical connections. There is good shade. Access can be a little tight and large outfits are not accepted. There are 119 accommodations to rent and separate areas are devoted to seasonal caravans. This is a lively site in high season with a varied and comprehensive programme of entertainment and activities for adults and children. The Palmera bar/restaurant serves authentic Spanish food including tapas and ‘platos combinados’. A second bar/restaurant (Xiringuito Restaurant del Mar) with amazing sea views serves similar fare, and alongside is a well stocked shop.

Camping Eucaliptus
Ideally situated in the Parc Natural del Delta del Ebro, a unique area of wetland and a World Heritage site, Eucaliptus is close to the golden sands of Platja Eucaliptus. Arriving here is like finding an oasis after the extraordinary drive through miles of flat marshland and rice fields. There are 264 small, level, shady grass pitches, 156 for touring, all with electricity (6A). The site is very well maintained and has a pleasant bar/restaurant with a terrace that overlooks both the pool area and the campsite’s own lagoon with its variety of wildlife. The pool has an attractive grassy area for sunbathing and the lagoon (fenced) replicates, in miniature, the habitat of the Delta, with helpful signs identifying flora and fauna.

Camping Playa Barà
Camping Playa Barà is a family-friendly campsite in Roda de Barà, approximately 20 km from Tarragona. The beach is just a short walk away and is a long stretch of fine golden sand with various water sports on offer. This is a well-equipped site with high-quality facilities, well-demarcated and well-shaded pitches and loads of activities for children, such as volleyball tournaments, handball, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis, mini-golf and table tennis. The pool complex is superb, and you can also relax in the hot tub or go to the solarium to top up your tan. The campsite's restaurant is ideal for sharing time with the family and enjoying local culinary specialities.

Camping La Noria
La Noria is just over five acres in size with over 200 level touring pitches all having access to electricity (6A). Most of the touring pitches have good shade and the motorhome areas have hardstanding. A central cafeteria-style restaurant and small supermarket cater for most needs. Entertainment is available for young children with the multisport pitch and pétanque for those a bit older. The Mediterranean coast, with its clean sandy beaches, is a short, traffic free, walk away via a dedicated tunnel under the coastal railway line. La Noria is about 70 km. south west of Barcelona making it ideally situated for day trips whilst having access to sandy beaches and tranquil Catalonia countryside.

Playa Montroig Camping Resort
Playa Montroig Camping Resort is about 30 kilometres from Tarragona, set in its own tropical gardens with direct access to a very long, narrow, soft sand beach. The central part of the site lies between the sea, road and railway (as at other sites on this coast, with occasional train noise on some pitches) with a huge underpass. Aside from a wide range of excellent facilities, notably an impressive aqua park and dining options, Port Aventura theme park is 20 km away, making this a highly desirable location for many families.

Camping Alfacs
Camping Alfacs is set in a beautiful seafront location in the Mediterranean coastal town of Alcanar just a few hours drive from Barcelona. There is a good quality affordable on site restaurant that prides itself on local seafood and meat dishes. Just 200m away guests have access to the Serramar sports centre where they can use the facilities including an open air swimming pool. This location also has a restaurant offering tapas nights plus other entertainment. The facilities are typically Spanish and well looked after.
Camping Platja Cambrils
This is a smart, well kept site with a canopy of mature shading trees, 300 m. from the beach across a busy road. There are 420 small (60 or 80 sq.m) touring pitches on flat ground, divided by hedges, all with 5A electricity. There are many permanent pitches and a quarter of the site is given up to chalet-style accommodation, which is generally separate from the touring pitches. Large units are placed in a dedicated area where the trees are higher. The very pleasant pool complex includes a smart glassed restaurant and bar with a distinct Spanish flavour reflected in the menu and tapas available throughout the day.
Camping La Pineda de Salou
La Pineda is a clean, neat site north of Salou, just 1.5 km. from an aquapark and 2.5 km. from Port Aventura, to which there is an hourly bus service from outside the site entrance. There is some noise from the road. The site has two swimming pools; the smaller is heated. A colourful themed paddling pool and outdoor spa are also here, behind tall hedges close to the entrance. A large terrace has sun loungers, and various entertainment aimed at young people is provided in season. The 250 flat pitches for touring units (all with 5A electricity) are shaded by mature trees in attractive gardens. A further 82 are available for tents and 84 are occupied by mobile homes for rent. La Pineda is a cut above other city sites.
Alannia Els Prats
This Costa Daurada beach resort is in a prime location right on the beach, close to the Ebro Valley, not far from Tarragona and around 15 minutes drive from Port Aventura theme park. The site is popular with young people searching for watersports and a lively atmosphere and families looking for a varied programme of high-quality activities for children and adults alike.
Tamarit Beach Resort
This is a marvellous, beach-side site, attractively situated at the foot of the imposing Tamarit Castle at one end of a superb one-kilometre-long beach of fine sand. It is landscaped with lush Mediterranean shrubs, studded with pines and palms, and home to mischievous red squirrels. There are 425 good-sized pitches for touring, all with electricity (16A), 340 of which are fully serviced with water, drainage, TV connection and 16A electricity. Fifty very popular pitches are virtually on the beach. On hard sand and grass, some are attractively separated by hedging and shaded by trees.
Camping Prades Park
Situated in the picturesque Prades Mountains, Camping Prades Park offers a perfect escape for outdoor enthusiasts. On-site, there are 70 spacious touring pitches with 13 Amp electric hookup points available. Pitches are approximately 70m2 in size and mostly separated from each other by trees, giving plenty of shade during the summer months and ample privacy between each pitch. 
Camping Stel (Roda de Barà)
Camping Stel is situated between mountains and the sea with direct access to an excellent beach via a passage under the railway, which runs along the entire coast (so expect some rail noise, especially on the lower pitches). The 658 touring pitches are generally in rows separated by hedges, all have electricity (5A), 535 are fully serviced and many have individual sinks. In one area, radios and TVs are not allowed. The impressive central area contains a large bar/restaurant with terrace and snack bar overlooking the attractive pool complex, which includes a wonderful fun pool for children, a flume and a pleasant grass area carefully set out with palms.
Camping Relaxsol
Camping Relax-Sol is a small, secluded campsite near Torredembarra. Just a short 150-meter stroll across a charming wooden walkway through a natural haven brings you to a pristine, sandy beach on the Costa Dorado. While a railway line separates the campsite from the sea, it offers a picturesque coastal journey between Barcelona and Valencia.
Camping Vendrell Platja
In the popular Calafell area, this site is set back from the sea across a beach road. Popular with tourists for many years, the area has apartment buildings, bars and restaurants, and is popular with families. The 300 touring pitches (70-105 sq.m) are fairly close together, partially shaded by trees, and all have 6A electricity. Access to all the pitches is through one central, narrow avenue of palms which is busy with foot and vehicle traffic. The pleasant pool area with more tall palms and grassy areas, has very wide slides that delight children and adults alike. There is a railway line at the western end of the site.
Camping Clarà
Camping Clarà is a small family run site with direct access to a fine clean beach which shelves gently into the water. The 125 touring pitches, on flat ground, range in size from 60-90 sq.m. All have electricity (6/10A) and some also have water and drainage. All are clearly marked in rows, but with no separation other than by the deciduous trees which provide summer shade. Additionally, a range of fully equipped mobile homes and chalets are available for rent. The restaurant and bar are very pleasant indeed and have a distinct Spanish flavour. A children’s club operates in peak season (4 to 12 years).
Camping & Bungalow Park Serra de Prades
On the edge of the village of Vilanova, nestling in granite foothills with superb views from its elevation of 950 m, this is a welcoming and peaceful site. The 215 pitches are on terraces formed with natural stone and with good access. With 120 for touring units (all with 6A electricity), the remainder are occupied by seasonal caravans. The upper tent pitches have wonderful views. Hedges and trees separate pitches providing a pleasant green environment and some shade. The site has won awards for its approach to ecology. From here it is possible to enjoy the wonderful Prades mountains or a day on the beach, an hour’s drive away.
Naturista El Templo del Sol
El Templo del Sol is a large, luxurious, terraced naturist site with a distinctly Arabesque feel and superb buildings in Moorish style. The owner has designed the magnificent main turreted building at the entrance with fountains and elaborate Moorish arches.
