Nature Parc l’Ardéchois
Camping Nature Parc l’Ardéchois is a very high-quality, family-run site within walking distance of the amenities of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. It borders the River Ardèche, and hugely popular canoe trips are run directly from the site. The campsite is just 4 km from the famous Pont-d’Arc, a huge limestone arch spanning the river, and its river beach. A drive along the gorge is a must, with spectacular viewpoints.

Camping Huttopia Le Moulin
Le Moulin is a member of the Huttopia group and is situated just 300 m. from the centre of Saint Martin-d’Ardèche. The site has its own river beach and is well placed for canoe trips on the Ardèche. There are 121 touring pitches here, extending over the site’s seven hectares. The pitches have varying degrees of shade and most have 10A electricity. Rental accommodation includes eight modern wood chalets, 39 safari tents (many with a bathroom) and 16 Romany-style caravans. Amenities include a pleasant snack bar and a café. A children’s club operates in peak season, focusing on craft activities and games.

Domaine de la plage
A great deal of care and attention to detail has gone into developing this compact adult only site and its superb facilities. Of its 45 pitches, only 12 are available for camping and advance booking is essential. The site is beautifully landscaped with flora and fauna and the facilities are sympathetically incorporated into a former textile factory. It has a very attractive solar heated pool and sunbathing terrace, with bar and snack service and on-site shop. The river is directly accessed from the site with a delightful bridge walkway crossing a waterfall and leading to a sports and picnic area.

Camping Sandaya Les Jardins de Privas
This spacious site is on the southern outskirts of Privas and aims to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. The site has 166 large, grass, mostly level pitches, of which 112 are for touring units with 10A electricity and trees offering varying degrees of shade. It is a comfortable base for exploring the lesser-known parts of the Ardèche with bus and coach trips available. On site there is something for all ages with a bar, restaurant, heated swimming pool complex and a multisports area with outdoor gym equipment. A welcome drink is offered each Sunday evening when details of the attractions in the area are given.

Camping Sandaya La Roubine
This site on the bank of the Ardèche, Camping la Roubine must be considered one of the best sites in the area. There are 97 touring pitches, all with electricity (10A) and quite spacious. Well tended grass, trimmed hedging and mature trees and smart tarmac roads create a calm and well kept atmosphere. The proprietors, M. Moulin and Mme. Van Eck like to welcome their guests and are available to help during the day – they are rightly proud of their well run campsite.

Situated on the doorstep of the Ardèche Gorges, Yelloh! Village Aluna Vacances is well-placed for all kinds of outdoor activities. The famous Pont d'Arc itself is only 15 km away, popular for canoeing excursions amidst spectacular scenery. The surrounding wooded hills offer wonderful cycling and hiking trails through the wild herbs of the garrigue landscape.

Camping Sandaya Le Soleil Vivarais
A large, lively, high quality site bordering the River Ardèche, complete with beach, Soleil Vivarais has much to offer visitors, particularly families with children. Of around 300 pitches, 130 are generously sized, shady and level pitches are for touring units, all with 10A electricity and many are situated beside the river bank. During the day the proximity of the swimming pools to the bar and restaurant terraces make it a pleasantly social area. In the evening the purpose built stage, with professional lighting and sound system, provides regular family entertainment programmes, six evenings a week. An additional attractive pool complex can be used by guests located in a separate mobile home section beyond the beach.

Yelloh! Village - Le Ranc Davaine
In the heart of the Ardèche and close to the famous gorges, Le Ranc Davaine is a large, busy, family-oriented site with direct access to the River Chassezac and its pebble beach. There are approximately 500 pitches, 50 for touring, all with electricity (10/16A), for which very long leads are required (some may cross roads). Most pitches are scattered between static caravan and tour operator pitches on reasonably flat, stony ground under a variety of trees, some of which are pretty low, giving much-needed shade.

Camping la Rouvière les Pins
La Rouvière Les Pins is a large, family owned site with views across the valley and surrounding vineyards. The 100 pitches (94 for tourers) are well spaced out, of a good size and attractively landscaped with hedges and ornamental trees. There are 55 serviced pitches with electricity, water and private dishwashing facilities. Access to the site is via a 1.3 km. single-track lane with very few passing places. However, once on site, there are wide internal roads and excellent parking facilities for check-in and departure. There is a large pool with sunbathing terrace and good sports facilities. Some English is spoken.
L'Oasis des Garrigues
L'Oasis des Garrigues is a family campsite in Vogüé, Ardèche, France. It is situated in unspoiled countryside close to the village, offering a relaxing and scenic camping experience. On-site, there are 22 touring pitches with 10Amp electric hook-up points available. Some pitches are delimited and shaded by trees, while others are located in sunnier areas.
Ludo Camping
Ludo Camping is an amenity-packed rural retreat near the village of Lussas in Ardèche, Southern France. One of the top sites for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. It is not much of a puzzle to figure out why the site is located in a popular place. It is in a rural setting on the edge of the Monts d'Ardèche National Park where you can see the magnificent limestone Pont D’Arc, the extinct Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc volcano, the Ardèche Gorges and the Aven d’Ornac cave. You can also explore the historic hillside town of Aubenas or spend a day at the nearby Aqua'Ardèche Aquatic Park. and the Volcanic Plateau du Coiron. The site has a river running along its edge and is in an area filled with strikingly scenic nature spots. It has seen travellers stay here for many years. The site has a heated swimming pool and a smaller, circular pool. Both outdoor pools are available throughout the season. If you want to top up your tan during your holiday, you can relax on the stone sunbathing area where the sun loungers can be used free of charge. The site has 125 pitches and a number of private, and to hire, mobile homes.
Camping Mas de Champel
At Mas de Champel you will be encouraged by the friendly owners to relax in a region of natural beauty. Once a farm with orchards located at the heart of the valley of the Eyrieux, rounded river worn boulders are featured in the buildings that house the site’s very good terraced restaurant with its stunning views. With 56 generously sized touring pitches with 6A electricity and varying degrees of shade, plus 44 chalets and mobile homes to rent, the campsite is able to provide a programme of entertainment for all family members. Two good sized pools and paddling pool, plus a riverside beach offering fishing, bathing and canoeing. On weekdays in July/August children aged 4-12 yrs and then the older children have separate varied programmes of activities.
Camping du Vignal
 Camping du Vignal offers a perfect escape for the whole family located in the picturesque Southern Ardèche mountains. Relax in the tranquil spa pool, surrounded by stunning mountain views, and savour the exquisite Lablachère wines available on-site. The campsite has 17 touring pitches with 6Amp electric hook-up points available. Pitches are laid out on terraces, which provide privacy and shade from the summer heat.  Each pitch has breath taking mountain panorama views.
Camping du Pont
This is a delightful campsite, which has been run by a friendly outgoing family for several years. Beside the Ardèche river, the site has a small sandy beach and a deep river pool for swimming. There are 80 average sized, grassy pitches with 61 for touring (10A electricity), all separated by hedges and trees giving good shade. The welcoming bar, restaurant, takeaway and pool are all located close to reception and open all season. Family activities are organised in July and August. The site is ideal for those seeking a less commercialised site close to the Ardèche Gorges.
Camping la Chapoulière
Camping la Chapoulière is a medium sized site, alongside the Ardèche river, some two kilometres south of Ruoms. Grassy banks allow easy access to the river with a deeper area for bathing. The site is in two areas: the upper level, above the pool, has chalets and touring pitches; the older, more established area is for touring pitches nearer the river, with some chalets/mobile homes close to the restaurant. Trees provide dappled shade. There are 134 fairly level touring pitches (no hedges) on sand and grass, all with 6/8A electricity. This site is a good choice for those who prefer to make their own entertainment, and many visitors return year after year, creating a lively community and a sociable atmosphere.
Camping Ibie
4 km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche , in the town of Lagorce , a small picturesque village in southern Ardèche, yiou can find Camping Ibie located in the heart of the Ibie valley,The site has activities and facilities to keep all ages entertained, from a play area and a trampoline table football and pinball at the bar; ping pong tournaments; music and shows on July and August evenings, There's also a big outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers alongside it. There is also a restaurant with terrace to enjoy a local meal or refreshment.
Village Huttopia Sud-Ardèche
This site only accepts tents. The gorges of the Ardèche are acknowledged to be among the most stunning tourist destinations in France, with the symbolic natural stone bridge, the Chauvet cave, and the charming town of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. Just five kilometres to the south is Huttopia Sud Ardèche, richly planted with oaks, junipers and Montpellier maple trees. Its 171 spacious, grassy tent pitches have 10A electricity hook-ups and are divided into different areas to provide a more intimate atmosphere. There is a wide choice of rental accommodation on offer, including wood cabins, cahuttes and canvas and wood tents. Canoeing down the gorge, with or without a guide, is one of the most popular activities here and information is available in reception.
Camping La Charderie
Camping La Charderie is a small, family-run campsite on the banks of the Ardèche River in Pont-de-Labeaume, France. It has 72 touring pitches with electric hook-up points and is in a wooded area, offering campers a shady and peaceful retreat. Extra spacious pitches on the riverside offer great views of the water. The river is perfect for swimming. Bring a towel and enjoy the sun on the campsite's private beach. Children can happily spend hours playing in the shallow waters. If you are into fishing, don't forget to bring a fishing rod, as the river is teaming with trout.
Camping Relais des Brison
Relais des Brison is a campsite located on the banks of the river La Beaume in the hamlet "Le Gua in Beaumont, Ardèche, France. It is situated in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, known for its stunning natural beauty, including the Ardèche River gorge. The Relais des Brison is located on a four-hectare estate with 21 touring pitches surrounded by trees. 
Camping Caravaning les Cruses
High in the quiet hills of the southern Ardèche, among the sweet chestnut trees, a warm welcome awaits you at this small, terraced site. M. and Mme. Rouvier are very keen to promote a quiet, family atmosphere. Personal contact with their guests is important, and weekly entertainment is tailored to guests’ needs. For instance, M. Rouvier will lead walks, arrange boules competitions against other campsites and canyoning and canoe trips on the river. There are 45 pitches (23 with 6/10A electricity), and 28 mobile homes and chalets for hire. Pitches are of varying sizes, some on grass and some gravel, and some are only accessible for tents.

Rhône Alpes

With a rich and varied landscape, the Rhône Alpes is a spectacular region that includes the craggy gorges and scented hills of the Rhône Valley, the deep valleys and mountain slopes of the Savoie Alps and the forbidding Dauphiné Alps.

Lyon

The Rhône Valley holds areas of great interest and natural beauty. From the sun-baked Drôme, with its ever-changing landscapes and the isolated mountains of the Vercors to the deep gorges and high plateaux of the Ardèche, studded with prehistoric caves and lush valleys filled with orchards, it is a region of immense diversity and splendour. For the energetic there are cycling, horse riding and even white-water rafting opportunities, while for the more leisurely inclined, the remote areas are a haven for bird watching and walking.

Lying between the Rhône Valley and the Alpine borders with Switzerland and Italy are the old provinces of Savoie and Dauphiné. These are areas of enormous granite outcrops, deeply riven by spectacular glacier hewn valleys and hailed as some of the world’s leading winter playgrounds. Despite development, great care has been taken to blend the old with the new and many traditional villages still retain their charm and historical interest. For many, it is an opportunity to escape the crowds and enjoy some clean air, unusual wildlife and stunning views.
