Camping Atlantique Parc is a large, well-equipped holiday complex that has something to offer for campers of all ages, but particularly for families with children. It is ideally situated on the edge of Forêt de Saint Augustin-les-Mathes, only a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the holiday resort of La Palmyre. The site has almost 400 large pitches, the majority used for chalets and mobile homes for rent. There are 50 touring pitches with electricity, water and drainage, many with good shade from attractive mature trees. The two attractive pools are a focal point of the site, one is heated and has a four-lane slide, the other is a very large lagoon.

Entertainment is organised in high season, including a club for children and evening entertainment for adults three times weekly. Bicycle hire is available and this area is a cyclists’ dream with good tracks to La Palmyre, Les Mathes, all along the coast and as far as the outskirts of Royan.

Three well maintained toilet blocks include accessible facilities. Motorhome services. Shop, bar and restaurant (all 1/6-10/9). Swimming pools (1/5-15/9) with four slides. Good play areas with inflatable slides. Pet corner. Bicycle hire. Boules. Archery. Video games room and TV. Football, volleyball and basketball. Entertainment and children’s club (high season). WiFi in some areas (charged).

Directions to Camping Atlantique Parc

From Royan take D25 towards La Palmyre. Pass the zoo on the right and at large roundabout take D141 towards Les Mathes. Site is on right after 500 m.
