Le Bel Air is a well established site close to the Vendée’s largest resort, Les Sables-d’Olonne. It is now very much dedicated to mobile homes and chalets, and for 2019 they have introduced mobile homes with private Jacuzzi's. Of its 286 pitches, just 46 are for touring – 40 on grass mostly with electricity (16A), water and drainage and a further six on concrete for motorhomes. This is a very well equipped site with the focal point being a new and impressive pool complex including a large covered pool and separate outdoor pool.
Both have water slides and the indoor complex also has a sauna, lazy river, spa bath and a fully equipped gym. This is a lively site in high season with its own nightclub and entertainment programme. A children’s club is available during the daytime. Le Bel Air is just 3 km. from the nearest sandy beach and 6 km. from the centre of town. Les Sables is a stylish resort with a host of enticing seafood restaurants and fashionable shops, as well as a zoo and a nearby golf course. The Vendée has a great variety of well documented tourist attractions, whilst a great day out can be had at Le Puy du Fou, an impressive historical theme park.

Location
Château d’Olonne is 40 km. southwest of La Roche-sur-Yon. From end of A87 Cholet/La Roche-sur-Yon at exit 33, continue on D160 to Les Sables ring road, then follow signs to Château d’Olonne. Site is off the Sables-Talmont road 2 km. east of the Géant Casino supermarket roundabout and is well signed to the south.
