Marazion Caravan and Motorhome Club site is set in an ideal location for touring the South West of Cornwall, The Lizard, Lands End, St Ives are all around 10-12 miles away, Penzance is an eight minute drive and en-route there are four major supermarkets. Although named Marazion, the site is not in Marazion but just past in the village of St Hilary, approximately five miles from Marazion and St Michael's Mount. The site is very peaceful and relaxing and maintained to a high standard, dog walks are direct from the site in nearby woodland. The site has 60 grass pitches (some seasonal) all with electricity 16amp.

The charming village of get Goldsithney is around a half-hour walk; you have the choice of two very traditional Inn’s serving a selection of fine food and ales and there is a Village Shop and Post Office. A regular bus service from the village takes you into Penzance, you then have several transport options to get around Cornwall, including a Heliport to visit the Isles of Scilly.

Facilities

There are no toilet/washroom facilities on this site. Chemical disposal points are situated around the site and there is a Motorhome service and drive over waste disposal point. Three economy grass pitches are available - these do not have E.H.U. Several pitches require levelling blocks. BBQ's allowed gas, charcoal & electric. Television reception is good and Wi-Fi hot spot, charged. No organised activities or play area, a small shop serves basic needs and Calor Gas. A local fast food van visits twice a week. Dog walk adjacent. Bus stop 800 metres. No tents allowed. Tesco 5 miles. Earliest time of arrival 13.00. Maximum outfit length 8 metres.

Location

There is a school at the top of the access lane to this site so avoid school drop off and pick up times during term time. Turn left off A30 Hayle/Penzance on to A394 (signposted Helton) in 2 miles left at roundabout on to B3280 (signposted Goldsithney) single lane access through some of the village (larger outfits beware). After 1.5 miles turn left at phone box into Cheynowerth Lane (signposted St Hilary), site is on left in 0.5 mile. (Do not follow sat nav.)
