This site is beside the famous Sognefjord, the longest fjord in the world. It is ideally situated if you want to explore the region's glaciers, fjords and waterfalls. The 100 pitches (all with 16A electricity) are level with well-trimmed grass, connected by tarmac roads are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

The fully licensed restaurant serves traditional, locally sourced meals, snacks, and pizzas. You can hire boats on the site for short trips on the fjord. Guided hiking, cycling, and fishing trips are also available, with waymarked cycling and walking trails running through the park. Climbing excursions can be arranged on request. The site also provides 29 traditional Norwegian cabins, flats and rooms to rent, plus a motel, all very modern and exceptionally tastefully designed.

The pretty little village of Laerdal, only 400 m. away, is well worth a visit. A walk among the old, small wooden houses is a pleasant and exciting experience.
