Hód-Thermal Camping is a recently modernised campsite located roughly 25 km (15–16 miles) from Szeged. The site spans approximately 2.5 hectares and sits at the edge of the city centre, offering a peaceful environment with seamless access to the adjacent thermal baths. The biggest selling point of this campsite is that unlimited entry to the neighbouring municipal thermal bath and swimming complex is completely included in the camping fee. 

There are around 45 marked-out touring pitches (ranging from 36 to 60 m²) set on flat grass, sand, or hard ground. Options include shaded, semi-shaded, and unshaded pitches. Hook-ups are available at 10A or 16A. On-site facilities include a communal kitchen, an outdoor fireplace, a picnic area, and a communal barbecue area. There is also an on-site snack bar/bar operating during the high season.  There is also a  large children's playground, an indoor games room, beach volleyball, and a multi-sports field for guests to enjoy. 

The campsite is only a 5-to-10-minute walk from the historic city center of Hódmezővásárhely. Major supermarkets (like Aldi, Lidl, and Spar), local restaurants, and cafes are within a 5-minute walk.  A Tram-Train stop is located just outside the campsite gate, providing direct, easy transit straight into the centre of Szeged.
