Since then, the imaginative planting of thousands of trees and gloriously colourful shrubs have made this large campsite most attractive. It has an impressive range of high-quality amenities and facilities open all year.

Campsites with vehicle storage

When storing a caravan or motorhome on a campsite, there are several things to consider to ensure that your vehicle stays safe and in good condition. Here are some things to look for:

Security

Look for a campsite that has good security measures in place. This can include things like secure fencing, gates that are locked at night, CCTV cameras, or even on-site security staff.

Accessibility

Make sure that the storage area has easy access. This can include things like wide driveways, well-maintained surfaces, and ample space to manoeuvre your vehicle.

Maintenance

Look for a campsite that offers maintenance services for your caravan or motorhome. This could be offered by a 3rd party caravan engineer, including annual services, battery charging, tire inflation, and general maintenance and repairs.

Insurance

Check with the campsite to see if they offer insurance coverage for your vehicle while it's in storage. And make sure that you have adequate insurance coverage in place before you store your vehicle.

Reputation

Look for a campsite that has a good reputation for storing caravans and motorhomes. Ask other owners for recommendations, and check with an industry association like CaSSOA (Caravan Storage Site Owners' Association) for recommended storage facilities.

By considering these factors, you can find a campsite that will provide a safe and secure storage solution for your caravan or motorhome.
