This large, flat, high-quality site is beside the sea and has 500 pitches, with about 400 for touring units. They are all neat, clean and marked, most with shade and 6/10A electricity and 300 are fully serviced. The terrain is undulating and sandy in the areas nearer the sea, where cars have to be left in parking places. A huge, impressive aquatic park covers 1,500 sq.m. with two long slides, a whirlpool and many other features, including a pool bar. This is a very pleasant site with a spacious feel which families will enjoy.

There is direct access to the beach, where local tidal activity presents a large, protected area for children to play and paddle under the gaze of the lifeguards. The beach bar is pleasant and a narrow wooden jetty gives access to deeper water and the tour boats. This is a neat, well-managed site setting high standards.

Facilities at Villaggio Turistico Europa

Five excellent, refurbished toilet blocks are well designed and kept very clean. Free hot water in all facilities, mostly British style WCs with excellent accessible facilities. Baby showers and baths. Washing machines. Dishwashers. Freezer. Motorhome services. Large supermarket, small general shop (all season). 3 bars and 2 restaurants with takeaway (all season). Gelateria. Swimming pools (1/5-17/9). Tennis. Fishing. Bicycle hire. Playground. Full entertainment programme in season. Miniclub. Football. Basketball. Minigolf. Archery. Watersports. Dancing lessons. Directions to Villaggio Turistico Europa

Site is 4 km. east of Grado on road to Monfalcone. Venice-Trieste motorway exit at Reipuglia-Monfalcone, first roundabout take second exit towards airport and follow Grado signs for 13 km. Site is on the left opposite a golf course.
