Alan Rogers Review
Trevornick, once a working farm, is a busy and well run family touring park providing a very wide range of amenities, close to one of Cornwall’s finest beaches. A modern reception with welcoming staff sets the tone for your holiday. The park is well managed with facilities and standards constantly monitored. It has grown to provide pitches for caravanners and campers, 36 very well equipped Eurotents, and new for 2018 there are 26 static caravans with decking areas. The 600 large grass pitches (589 with the option of semi-hardstanding, water, grey waste drainage,16A electricy and TV connection) are laid out on five level fields and two terraced areas. There are few trees but some good views. This site is also a member of the Best of British group.
The refurbished farm buildings provide much entertainment, from bingo and quizzes to shows, discos and cabaret. Fishermen will enjoy the three lakes. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway food. There is an 18-hole golf course with a small, quiet club house offering bar meals; the views out to sea are wonderful, and also an 18-hole pitch and putt course. Next door is the Holywell Bay Fun Park (guests of Trevornick receive reduced rates) and the sandy beach is five minutes by car or a downhill walk from the park. The Hire Shop rents out anything you might have forgotten, from sheets, a fridge, a travel cot, or a wet suit to catch the famous Cornish surf!
