Modbury Caravan and Motorhome Club site is situated within easy distance to the ancient village of Modbury. Nestled cosily between the moors and the sea, it is the perfect base from which to explore the charming surrounds of South Devon. The site offers you the pleasant choice between the quiet and solitude of beautiful Dartmoor with its tumbling streams, historic landscapes and lush views or the many small villages that make up the pleasantly rural South Hams. The site has 114 grass/hardstanding pitches (some seasonal) all with electricity 16amp.
There are many charming sandy coves placed conveniently close to the site and the Coastal Path which follows the South Western peninsula from Dorset right the way around to Somerset offers ideal walks for you to explore at your leisure. Plymouth is just a short journey away and includes a wealth of restaurants and pubs to choose from.

Leave A38 (Exeter – Plymouth) via slip road onto the A3121 (signposted Ermington, Modbury, Yealmpton); at top of slip road turn left (see Broad Park sign). In 1 mile at crossroads continue across into road signposted Loddiswell (see Broad Park sign - road narrows with passing places). In about 2.5 miles continue right just past California Cross onto the B3207 (signposted Modbury). The site is on the left in about 1 mile. Do not pull into Moor View Touring Park which is located about 0.5 mile before Broad Park. From Plymouth, take the Woodpecker Junction at South Brent, keep right and go under A38. Rejoin A38 westbound for a quarter of a mile, then exit at Wrangaton Cross as per directions from Exeter. You are advised not to approach site from A379 through Modbury when towing, the road can be congested and is narrow and winding.
