Flower Camp took over this site at the beginning or 2024 and needs some T.L.C. I was assured by the management that the new owners have great plans for its future.  In a beautiful location on the Presqu’île Sauvage between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec, attractive trees and shrubs provide a balance of sun and shade for the 38 touring pitches all with electricity (long leads may be needed in places), and some also have water and drainage. Pitches are on grassy terraces divided by low fencing or hedges on a  gradual descent towards the bay and the sea (a sandy bay with rocks). Most terraces have a slight slope, so those with motorhomes will need to choose their pitch carefully.

The site offers a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a children’s pool with water slides and sun beds to relax on. There is also a multisport pitch and play area, and of course, you have direct access to the sea. There is local entertainment in the high season and a bar and shop on site. The facilities were clean but in need of an update. Access is easy, and English is spoken.   

 It is also only 2 km from Pleubian and 11 km from Treguier where you will find shops, a supermarket and its famous Cathedral There are good opportunities for walking and cycling, with a way-marked footpath running along the coast to the Sillon du Talbert, a sandbank that juts out into the sea opposite the Ile de Bréhat. This site makes a great base for touring Brittany's ‘Pink Granite Coast’, whether walking, cycling, or driving. It is also a rural site and an ideal place to relax.  Many visitors are attracted to this excellent coastal area, particularly kayak enthusiasts.

One sanitary block clean in need of modernisation, Accessible facilities, Cabins for families . Washing machines and dryer. Bar/snacks with terrace and takeaway (30/6-24/8). Bread and croissants (all season). covered and heated swimming pool (all season) and outdoor heated pool (1/7-3/9). Play area. Games room. Pétanque. Multisport pitch, Pool table, Table tennis, Children’s entertainer in July/Aug. Teens Club, Evening entertainment, Beach, fishing and sailing. WiFi in the reception area.

Directions to Flower Camping Port la Chaîne

Pleubian is 37 km. north of Guingamp and 87 km. by road east of Roscoff. From D786 Lannion-Paimpol road, east of Tréguier turn north on D20 to Pleubian and on for 2 km. towards l’Armor Pleubian. Site signed to left.
