A delightful naturist site with an air of calm and repose, l’Eglantière is set within 50 hectares of organic farmland and woodland for walking and is a nature lovers’ paradise. The fast-flowing River Gers runs through the site, bringing opportunities for watersports and fishing.

Pitches are large and naturally shaped, most have electricity (16A, long leads). Many are separated by wildflowers, grasses and trees, ensuring shade and privacy. There is a separate wild area for tents. The clubhouse bar, restaurant and terrace have an extremely pleasing ambience overlooking the attractive swimming pool area where nudity is compulsory. The owners are welcoming and keen to promote visitors’ enjoyment of the area.

There are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as canyoning, paragliding and rock-climbing in the Pyrenees to the south. Children can learn to fish. In high season special children’s activities are arranged and there is evening entertainment for all the family. L’Eglantière is situated between the Pyrenees and the plain, within easy reach of Lourdes and the mountains. A small health centre (massage, sauna) is in the old farmhouse where a Roman well has recently been discovered. Chalet and mobile home accommodation is available to rent.

Directions to Domaine Naturiste l’Eglantière

From Auch take D929 south towards Lannemezan. After Castelnau-Magnoac continue past aerodrome and turn onto the D9 towards Monleon-Magnoac. Take the first left towards Ariès-Espénan and follow site signs.
