Camping L’Orangerie de Lanniron is a beautiful and peaceful family site set in ten acres of a 17th-century, 38-hectare country estate on the banks of the Odet River, formerly the home of the Bishops of Quimper.

The site has 199 grassy pitches (156 for touring units) of three types varying in size, services and price. They are on flat ground, laid out in rows alongside access roads, with shrubs and bushes providing separation. All have electricity, and 88 have three services. The original outbuildings have been attractively converted around a walled courtyard.

There are lovely walks within the grounds and in spring the rhododendrons and azaleas are magnificent – the gardens and the restaurant are both open to the public. The site is just to the south of Quimper and about 15 km. from the sea and beaches at Bénodet. The park has had significant restoration, including the original canal, fountains, ornamental ‘bassin de Neptune’, the boathouse and gardens. In addition to the golf course (9 holes) and driving range, a training bunker and pitching area have been created along with a second putting green. The Aquapark has a waterfall and exotic plants; it provides in excess of 600 sq.m. of heated water and includes balnéotherapy, spa, jacuzzi, fountains, slides and games. These facilities are free of charge to campers.
