Camping Siesta is in Mendig, Rhineland-Palatinate. This site with sloping grounds has pitches with and without shade. The site is very useful site for a stop over and if visiting the area. Lovely spacious pitches, very clean facilities and a helpful owner. Close to motorway which can be intrusive, but you get used to it. It is cheap and cheerful. You can walk into Mendig where there are supermarkets etc but the walk back to the site is hilly. There is a little bar on site which is great and good price for a drink. The chap who checks you in is very helpful as well, he guides you straight to where he wants you to park your unit. There is a nice bike ride into the village as well as other walks direct from the site. The site has 100 grass touring pitches with 16-amp hook-up point and 70 seasonal ones.

The toilet block has showers, washbasins and wc’s. Accessible facilities. Chemical toilet point. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Dish washing area. Small shop. Bread to order. Bar. Snack bar. Communal BBQ area. Freezer for ice packs. Children’s play area. Table tennis. Wi-Fi zone.

From the A61 at junction 34 Mendig, join the L113 north and the site is off this road on the right.
