Handily located on the outskirts of Lübeck, this site is only 3 km. from the autobahn exit and only a few minutes from the city centre. Camping Lübeck-Schönböcken is ideally located for an overnight stop and as a base for visiting the city and the surrounding region or travelling to Scandinavia. the site is located less than 10 miles away from the Travemünde ferry port with connections to (Trelleborg & Malmo) Sweden, (Helsinki) Finland and Latvia (Liepāja.)
The site has 70 touring pitches in large open grass areas, on reasonably level ground. All pitches have electrical hook-ups (6A). The site owner, Herr Wulf, will happily give advice on visiting the medieval city, which is one of north Germany’s most visited tourist towns, famous for its many medieval buildings and for its marzipan. There is a separate field for caravans (max 15metres) and motorhomes (max 8.5metres).
