La Mouette Cendrée is a green site surrounded by mature trees and farmland but conveniently close to a main road and supermarket. It is ideally situated on the Atlantic Coast for the beach and close to pretty seaside villages. The owners aim to create a peaceful, friendly atmosphere at this small, simple site. The 101 grassy, flat pitches are 70/110 sq.m. and are separated by a mixture of tall and low hedges with 10A electricity available throughout.
Special evening entertainment is held during the summer months including themed dinners such as paella, moules-frites and disco nights. A pleasant pool area with a heated outdoor pool, a paddling pool and a fun water slide. It is an attractive, small, family-run site with a convivial vibe where campers return year after year.
The site offers easy access to lovely beaches and seaside villages nearby, where provisions can be obtained, and the resort of Les Sables-d’Olonne is a 35-minute drive. You can take a leisurely bike ride on one of the numerous cycle paths. To the east are some pretty towns such as Luçon and Marans, which are worth exploring.

The Toilet block is well equipped and has recently been refurbished, includes washbasins and showers in cubicles. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines. Bread to order. Swimming pool, paddling pool and slide. Entertainment evenings (high season). Multisports pitch. Table tennis, Bicycle hire (July/Aug). Boules. No charcoal barbecues. WiFi around reception (free).
