Camping Falkensteiner is close to the historic town of Zadar with its old fortress, many shops, bars and restaurants. The site has about 370 pitches, with around 270 for touring units and all with 10A electricity. All pitches are level, on gravel, and there are views of the Adriatic from some. Expect to pay a premium for a pitch closer to the sea.

The site is part of a hotel complex, and guests may use the hotel's amenities, including tennis courts, a giant water slide and a minigolf course. The site has a pebble beach on the lagoon.

The sea is shallow here, which provides safe swimming from the beach or from a jetty, which can also be used to moor small boats. The bustling seaside resort of Zadar has much to offer, and from here, ferries leave to the islands Mali Losinj, Cres and Pag and even to Pula in Istria. From pitches at the front of the site, there may be some road noise.

Directions to Camping Falkensteiner

Follow no. 2 road south from Rijeka and take Zadar exit. At Zadar, turn north towards Zaton, and then towards Puntamika and follow signs for Borik and Autocamp Borik/Camping Falkensteiner.
