The approach to Camping Celeste looks out over the pretty, rolling countryside and leads to a friendly site with a pleasant, sociable atmosphere. There are 260 pitches here, made up of 100 touring pitches and 160 mobile homes. They are arranged in avenues with about 20 units in each and divided by hedges. Mainly on grass, the pitches are level and have 10A electricity. Some areas are shaded. Entertainment is provided in high season, and there is a pleasant pool area with water slides. Many activities are available for children throughout your stay, including kids' clubs and a large playground. Despite the site’s rural situation, the beaches of Royan are just a short drive away.

There are many other interesting places to visit nearby, including the oyster beds at Marennes.

Facilities at Camping Celeste

Two toilet blocks, are unheated but clean and bright. Baby room. Good accessible facilities (key access). Excellent laundry. Small shop. Bar. Takeaway. Outdoor swimming pool with slides (30/6-22/9). Heated indoor pool. Entertainment, Kids clubs, Table tennis, Multisport ground, Large playground, Bouncy castles, WiFi over site (charged). Large units should contact site first.

Directions to Camping Celeste

From Saujon take the D14 northwest signed to La Tremblade. After 8 km. turn left on D140 signed Breuiillet. Pass through the village (watch for speed bumps) and site is 2 km. on the left, well signed.
