Camping Alter Bahnhof is situated on the border between Germany and Luxembourg on the banks of the River Sauer. The river offers opportunities for fishing and canoeing. Excellent cycle paths in area. The site is in Langsur (Rhineland-Palatinate) and has 53 large, grass touring pitches with 16-amp hook-up point and 80 seasonal ones. There is a separate field for tents. The caravans and motorhomes have places on grass or paved surfaces. The owners place emphasis on nature, rest and relaxation. Directly from the site you can cycle along the "Trier – Echternach" cycle path. You could also choose one of the 6 family pitches. These larger pitches are further from the water and closer to the toilet block. They are intended for families with young children up to the age of six. For small children there is also a small playground with a slide, swing, sandpit and playhouse.

Location

From the A1/E44 take exit 41 Mertert. Continue on the N1 towards Wasserbillig. In Wasserbillig cross the bridge over the River Sauer and turn left to join the B418. The site is then on the left off this road after 6 km.
