Follow A1167 for 1.4 miles and at the next roundabout turn right (signposted Spittal) into Billendean Terrace. Continue 0.4 miles - site is on the right (0.25 miles past railway bridge).Caution: speed ramps on Billendean Terrace. From A1 South: Leave A1 roundabout junction with A1167 (signposted Scremerston, Tweedmouth, Spittal).
