From A1 North: Ignore signs to Berwick Town Centre and at Morrisons roundabout stay on A1 - Berwick Bypass. In about 4.5 miles at roundabout turn left onto A1167 (signposted Scremerston, Tweedmouth, Spittal). Follow A1167 for 1.4 miles and at the next roundabout turn right (signposted Spittal) into Billendean Terrace. Continue 0.4 miles - site is on the right (0.25 miles past railway bridge).Caution: speed ramps on Billendean Terrace. From A1 South: Leave A1 roundabout junction with A1167 (signposted Scremerston, Tweedmouth, Spittal). Follow A1167 for 1.4 miles and at next roundabout turn right (signposted Spittal) into Billendean Terrace. Continue 0.4 miles - site on the right (0.25 miles past railway bridge). Caution: speed ramps on Billendean Terrace.
