Alan Rogers Review
This peaceful park, some two miles south of Inveraray and just a 90 minute drive from Glasgow, sits on the shores of Loch Fyne and is part of the Duke of Argyll’s Estate. It has been welcoming campers since 1953, and many return year after year to this beautiful area of Scotland. There are 100 pitches here, and the 40 level, hardstanding touring pitches all have 16A electricity, water and lighting. They are well kept, have some shrubs and enjoy views of the hills across the loch, although they are not close to the water’s edge. No tents are accepted at this site.
Facilities
An older prefabricated toilet block is kept very clean and has vanity-style washbasins and controllable hot showers. Bar, restaurant and takeaway. Hairdresser. Play area. Occasional entertainment and fun days. Games room with small snooker table. Free WiFi in reception. Torches useful. Dogs by prior arrangement.
