Welltrough Hall Farm is an adult only site, offering guests stunning views across its 270-acre farm and the surrounding countryside.  The site is meticulously maintained by the owner, Nick, and is designed for peace and relaxation. The site offers 23 spacious, generally flat hardstanding pitches. Each pitch is fully serviced with 10-amp electric hook-up (typically metered via a coin vending machine), Individual water tap and Grey waste drain.Other amenities on site include an onsite sauna (available for private hire) overlooking the fields. There is a modern shower and toilet block kept to a very high standard. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers and free Wi-Fi throughout the site.

Welltrough is exceptionally welcoming to dogs and it features a 3km mown grass farm walk for exercise. A dedicated warm dog shower with a dryer to clean mucky paws.

The farm is situated just outside the village of Lower Withington, making it a prime base for exploring Cheshire. The Red Lion Pub is a 10–15 minute walk away and is well-regarded for its food and atmosphere. Jodrell Bank Observatory  and the iconic Lovell Telescope is a short drive away. Capesthorne Hall, Tatton Park, and Little Moreton Hall are all within a 20-30 minute radius.

For those who enjoy walking, a public footpath runs through a field on the farm itself, and there are numerous other walking routes in the surrounding area, offering plenty of opportunities to explore the scenic Cheshire countryside.  Guests can often see the resident Highland cows, saddleback pigs, and alpacas. The farm hosts a 5-van Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location (CL) exclusively for club members, alongside its larger independent touring area.

Directions to Welltrough Hall Farm Caravan Park

From Holmes Chapel take the A535 towards Jodrell Bank. After about 2 miles in Twemlow Green turn right down Forty Acres Lane signposted Swettenham. After about 2 miles turn Left at junction with Long Lane signposted Lower Withington. Site on right in about 300 yards. Proceed along Farm Drive to the site. If following Satnav do not turn up Trap Street. Farm entrance on junction.
