The owner’s futuristic ideas and drive have made Upwood Holiday Park a pioneer in the camping arena. It has four glamping mega-pods, 3 Mongolian yurts, 80 mobile homes and a holiday cottage. The site overlooks the Bronte villages of Haworth and Oxenhope, just over a mile away.

The accommodation takes in the best of the stunning panoramic views. And, of course, there are 75 touring pitches, where you can take your pick from grass or hard-standing pitches with a hook-up 10 amp supply. Seasonal pitches and storage are also available. Visitors are well placed to drive to the Yorkshire Dales National Park for days out. Or maybe the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty? How about both?

Directions to Upwood Holiday Park

Tourers and motor homes should turn off Halifax Road (A629) by The Flappit Pub traffic lights (turn right if coming from Keighley or left if coming from Halifax direction) onto Haworth Road/ Brow Top Road (B6144) and then take the first left onto Blackmoor Road. The entrance to the park is on your left, just before the bus shelter.
