This small site beside the main B23 Garmisch-Augsburg road, has all the features required of a good transit site. About 100 pitches (40 for permanent units and 60 for touring units) are on flat terraces in rows on either side of access roads. They are not marked out but a minimum of 80 sq.m. is allowed per unit and there are 10A electricity connections throughout. There could possibly be some road noise. A little lake (quite deep with a small shallow area) beside the site can be used for swimming or boating with inflatables.

The toilet block is beneath the main building and is heated. It is satisfactory and provides washbasins, four in cabins and showers on payment. Washing machine and dryer. Motorhome services. Gas supplies. Shop (basics kept, bread to order). Bar with breakfast served (all year). TV. Games room. Playground. Bicycle hire. WiFi (charged).
