You are assured of a warm welcome at this site and much recent attention has been paid to the layout of the park with floral areas around the buildings and the separation of rented accommodation and touring pitches. There are approximately 300 good sized, level, grassy pitches marked out by trees giving plenty of shade. There are 223 for touring units, all with 6A electricity. Canoe trips can be arranged and annually a large section of the river bank next to the site is cleared of boulders and sand put down. Security patrols ensure quiet nights. There is an emphasis on families and there is good entertainment and activities to suit all.
Nearby there are more extreme activities including paintball, quad biking, canyoning, horse riding and adventure parks. All are far enough away not to disturb the campsite which provides a great deal of information at a purpose built tourist point close to the bar and restaurant area. Coupled with a very useful information leaflet given to you on arrival, reception is always keen to help out with booking any choices you may make. You are in an area of limestone and a number of caves offer different levels of visit from tourist to more active caving. There are a number of picturesque villages within easy reach and the circular tour of the Ardèche Gorge by car is a must.

A large and impressive, central sanitary block includes a designated children’s area. Two further well equipped toilet blocks, one new and one refurbished, with baby room and accessible sanitary facilities. Shop, attractive restaurant and bar. Heated swimming pool and sunbathing area. Super Waterslide. Play area. Tennis. Fishing. Organised activities. Recreation room. Area for teenagers. Bicycle hire. Beach area at river bank (July/Aug). WiFi throughout (free). Useful information leaflet given on arrival. No charcoal barbecues. Max. 1 dog.
