Oban Caravan and Camping Park enjoys an idyllic situation amidst the magnificent scenery of the Scottish West Highlands. Just a stone’s throw from the sea, with views of the island of Kerrera, it is in a truly peaceful setting, yet only three miles from the centre of Oban. The pitches are mainly grassy, with a few hardstandings for motorhomes. Electricity hook-ups are available on some pitches, including the tent pitches.

A range of rental accommodations is offered - lodges, caravans (all with sea views,) a farm cottage and camping pods with cooking facilities. This site is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy the area's natural beauty, and campers are encouraged to keep noise to a minimum. Children will enjoy the free-range hens and the duck pond, whose residents may pay you a visit!

Facilities at Oban Holiday Park

Three sanitary blocks, one refurbished in March 2017 and the other two refurbished in 2014, all have free hot showers and open washbasins. Laundry facilities. Campers’ kitchen with gas hob, microwave and freezer. Small licensed shop in reception (end May-early Sept). Hot and cold drinks and soup are sold in the reception. Vending machines in the laundry room. TV/games room. Swings in a fenced area. Bricks are provided for barbecues. WiFi in the reception area (free). Dogs are accepted (max. 2).

Directions to Oban Holiday Park

Travelling north on A816, enter Oban and cross small river. Join one-way system keeping left. Approach church and bear left following sign for Gallanach and camping, along Albany St. (signed). Ignore right turn for ferry terminal and enter Gallanach Rd (narrow). Following road along coast (passing places). Pass parking area for Kerrera Ferry (site signed) and continue to site on left in 500 m.
