Set amongst 4.5 hectares of beautiful pine forest, Camping Sunêlia Le Séquoia is well situated for exploring the historical and natural splendours of the Dordogne region (such as Rocamadour, Padirac or Lascaux), as well as being a convenient overnight stop when heading north or south. There are 45 clearly marked, level pitches (80 - 100 sq.m), of which 10 are with individual sanitary facilities, separated by shrubs or hedges. Many have shade from the abundant pine trees, and all have 10A electricity connections. There is a bar and a good-value restaurant with a terrace overlooking the pool area.

The friendly and welcoming managers are keen to encourage visitors to explore the region and have negotiated reductions for their guests when visiting certain local attractions. Closer to the site there are numerous trails for walkers leaving from the grounds and through the woods. This site has become very popular and is extremely busy in the high season, so it's advisable to book in advance.

Two toilet blocks are well maintained and include washbasins in cabins and good accessible facilities. Laundry facilities (with plenty of drying lines). Motorhome services. Shop with basics. Bar with TV. Restaurant (Apr-Sept) and takeaway. Lagoon with natural water and fine sand beach. Indoor heated swimming pool. Heated outdoor pool with slides and paddling pool. Chalet with jacuzzi and sauna. Multi-sport terrain. Free WiFi all over the site. Some entertainment off-season and a fuller programme in July and August, including family discos, mussels and french fries parties, concerts and boules tournaments. Walking routes starting from the site. English is spoken.

Motorway A20 untill Souillac (exit 55) then follow the D820, direction Cahors. Payrac is 15 km south of Souillac. The campsite is at the exit of the village on your right.
