This adults-only site is consistently praised for its immaculate cleanliness, excellent facilities, and friendly, helpful owners, particularly Walter. Its convenient location offers easy access from main roads and proximity to local restaurants and bus routes. While most visitors have a flawless experience, minor points include shower privacy and payment, occasional road and local noise. The site is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley but also has easy access to the M6 motorway (10 mins away). All pitches have 16-amp electric hook up. Water included in pitch fee, available from service bollard no more than 3m away from each pitch. All our 28 hardstanding touring pitches (not suitable for tents) and 11 lodges are set in landscaped grounds and are 

Local attractions include Samlesbury Hall (five minutes' drive) has witch tours, a heritage café and the historic house to look around, while in Whalley village (10 minutes) there’s a Cistercian Abbey, plus a viaduct, river walks and independent shops to choose from afterwards. Clitheroe (15 minutes) is a fantastic foodie town, thanks to its food festival and market. The Brindle Distillery (15 minutes) is a good way to wash it all down with a gin tour. Brockholes nature reserve (10 minutes), Bowland Wild Boar Park (25 minutes) and all the walks around Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales (40 minutes).

Single heated toilet block has showers, washbasins and WCs, Laundry facilities. Accessible facilities, Dishwashing facility. Chemical toilet point. Motorhome service point.  There is no reception on-site, on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation. Charcoal barbecues are not allowed. Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted. Electricity is metered on site at £0.22 per kWh and must be paid onsite using a pre-paid top-up card. Applies between 1 October - 5 January and 8 March - 27 April. Included on all other dates. Only green, eco-friendly liquid is permitted for toilet cassettes. Rock pegs are required for awnings. No arrivals before 1.00pm. Public transport nearby. Wi-Fi free. Dogs Allowed.

From the M6 at junction 31 take the A59 towards Preston. Stay on the A59. Bear left onto Whalley road A59. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Longsight Road. Site will be on the left after approximately. 3 miles.
