Mosel-Islands Camping is in the middle of an island in the Moselle River. You will find this site in the west of Germany between historic towns, wine hills and many cycle paths. You will find not only well-kept pitches, but also cosy sleeping barrels in which you can stay. Enjoy the passing boats or go up the Moselle yourself. On the island, you will feel completely free, away from all the hustle and bustle. The pitches are not defined but are nicely organised on the site. Where there is water, there is swimming. That's also the case at the Mosel-Islands Camping. Dive right into the Moselle from your caravan, motorhome or wine barrel for a cool splash-around. Try your luck in the little marina, perhaps you'll get to ride along on one of the pleasure boats. And then there's the good restaurant by the harbour. From the terrace, you can still admire the boats and the river. The extraordinary boat restaurant offers you regional specialties with a Mediterranean touch all year round. The site has 280 pitches of which 160 grass ones are for touring units and have 16-amp hook-up point, there are also 17 wooden sleeping barrels available to hire.

Directions to Mosel-Islands Camping

From the A48 take exit 5 Kaifenheim. Join the B49 towards Treis-Karden at the town cross the river bridge and then follow the site signs.
