Alan Rogers Review
Little Orchard Caravan Park was given its name as it is located opposite the Johnsons’ prize-winning apple orchard. The park has been designed to provide all the facilities required in open and tranquil surroundings whilst not disturbing the adjoining countryside. The 4-acre site is set in open fields with trees all around it. There are 57 pitches, each with an electric hook-up point.
There are some lovely walks in the local area with several public footpaths that can take you across the fields in the heart of the countryside. For the more adventurous, the Trough of Bowland, Pendle Hill and Beacon Fell are only a 40-minute drive away, and the Lake District is only 50 minutes away. The Shell Petrol Station, ¾ mile away from the park, has a shop. A Morrisons and Aldi are in Kirkham, and a Tesco superstore is at junction 4 of the M55.
Toilet block, shower & hairdryer (chargeable). Facilities for ladies, gents and visitors who are disabled. Fresh water supply. Electric hook-up. Chemical toilet disposal point.
From M55 Junction 3, join the A585 in the direction of Fleetwood. After Esprick turn left onto Back Lane. Site on right after bend in the road.Link to campsite location map on google
