Alan Rogers Review
With easy access from both the A6 autoroute and the N6, this attractive and welcoming site is perfect for overnight stops. But stay awhile and get to know this delightful region with its wine heritage, historical monuments and magical rolling landscape. This is a neat, well-ordered campsite situated in the heart of Beaujolais. In fact, it's surrounded by vineyards and just walking distance (within 1 km) of the pretty village of Fleurie (one of the premier Beaujolais crus). Here you'll find all the shops and amenities you'll need. The winding lanes meander through the charming vineyards, with familiar names from the wine list all around - a great way to explore is by bike or on foot.
This popular site has 60 generous, grassy and fairly level touring pitches delimited by substantial hedging and shady trees and with individual access to water, drainage and electricity connections (10A). The English-speaking owners arrange interesting wine tastings on-site twice weekly in the high season.
Rental accommodation is available in the form of 23 modern cottages and four larger chalets. This comfortable site has a relaxing atmosphere and is a great place for walking and cycling through the vineyards and the surrounding villages.
Two modern sanitary blocks. Accessible Facilities. Washing machine and dryer. Fridge. Bread to order. Snack bar with homemade pizza (May-Sept). Covered and heated swimming pool (15x7m). Playground.
