The new, cosy Knaus Campingpark Lübben, with its family-friendly atmosphere, lies in a quiet area on the edge of town, yet it is still central, and Lübben town centre is just a few minutes' walk away. Boutiques, cafes, and a delicious ice cream parlour are only a five-minute stroll from the campsite, while the beach café, canoe launch, and departure point for boat trips are just opposite. 

There is time to slow down at the campsite itself and enjoy the peaceful setting next to the river Spree. On site you will find 110 grassy touring pitches which are demarcated by hedges for privacy. Facilities on site include a restaurant/pizzeria with a terrace, daily fresh bread service, and a small selection of basic groceries. 

A branch of the Spree river passes right in front of the campsite, and the water playground on the nearby castle island offers fun and games for younger members of the family. Only recently completed, you can discover the 107-metre-long bridge leading from the Spree lagoon over to the castle island. With the GästeCard Spreewald, you can use a wide range of discounted services throughout the Spreewald region.

Take trips to the Spree Forest UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, as Lübben lies right in the heart of it. You can also visit Berlin—Germany's greenest city—or relax in the nearby Tropical Islands theme park. The town centre, the harbour for Spree River boat trips, cycling paths, unspoiled nature, and many beautiful spots are located directly around the campsite. Furthermore, the cultural and sporting activities are diverse, and the history is fascinating.
