Knaus Camping Dorum is on the North Sea beaches in the holiday region of Cuxland/Wurster. The site is directly in front of the dyke on the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea nature reserve. It is an open site with flat grassy pitches (120 for tourers, 100 with 6A Europlug) up to 150 sq. m. off gravel access lanes. Pitches to the front have views over the sea. This site can become a suntrap in hot weather as there are no trees. Next to the Dorum site is an enclosed area with kiosks, fish stands, Italian ice cream and takeaway food. A few hundred metres away is a modern open-air pool, and in between is an indoor play hall for younger children. In all, an ideal site for a beach holiday on the North Sea.

Lovers of both watersports and nature with appreciate Knaus Camping Dorum. Activities include walking the Wad all the way up to the mussel banks and visiting the lighthouse. For children, the site offers an activity programme in high season.

Location

From Bremerhaven, take A27 motorway North towards Cuxhaven and then exit for Dorum. Follow l119 to Dorum and from there follow signs for Dorumer Neufeld.
