Huttopia Rillé is a rural site ideal for tent campers seeking a more natural, environmentally friendly, peaceful campsite close to a lake. Cars are parked outside the barrier but allowed on site to unload and load. The 133 slightly uneven and sloping pitches, 72 for touring, all have 10A electricity (very long leads needed). They vary in size and are numbered but not marked. This site is designed for those with tents, though small caravans and motorhomes (special area) are accepted. Several types of accommodation for hire (cabin, hut, trailer or wood and canvas tents). It is not ideal for those with walking difficulties.

The site is situated in an area ideal for exploring and there are numerous marked footpaths and cycle tracks close by. The area north of the lake, in easy reach of the site, is designated a nature reserve offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching. After a long day exploring the region, you can unwind with a refreshing drink or a light meal on the terrace overlooking the lake and small swimming pool. In July and August there is a wide range of interesting family activities, both on site and nearby. These include nature trails, a goat farm, jam making and star gazing.

Modern central toilet block with family rooms (no ramps and difficult access for wheelchairs). A smaller block has separate showers, washbasins and accessible facilities . Shop (all season). Bar, restaurant and takeaway (July/Aug and weekends). Bicycle hire. Motorhome services. Small heated swimming pool with paddling area (4/5-18/9). Play area. Fishing. Canoes on lake. Communal barbecue areas (no charcoal barbecues). Max. 1 dog.

Rillé is 40 km. west of Tours. Leave D766 Angers-Blois road at Château la Vallière take D749 southwest. In Rillé turn west on D49. Site is on right in 2 km.
