Camping des Lacs is located in the heart of the green Charente Limousine, in the town of Pressignac, bathed by Lake Lavaud and its Guerlie beach. It extends over an area of 7 hectares on which you are offered 100 touring pitches all with electricity (10A). The surrounding hedges offer you enough privacy. The pitches are easily accessible, so positioning your caravan or camper van is no problem at all. There are 30 seasonal pitches. The site also offers 32 mobile homes, chalets and coco sweets (a combination between a tent and a mobile home) for hire. The site has three swimming pools, an outdoor pool, a toddlers' pool and a heated indoor pool. More water fun can be had on the sandy beach at La Guerlie. Follow the forest path through the car park to get to the accompanying reservoir. In the lake of Lavaud you can swim, fish (permit available at reception) and do water sports. In July and August there is an inflatable obstacle course in the water.

Camping des Lacs is located in a place steeped in history including many castles from various periods, such as that of Rochechouart (which now houses a museum of contemporary art).You will be particularly enchanted by the frescoes of that of Salles-Lavauguyon (8 km) which date from the Middle Ages.

Directions to Flower Camping des Lacs

From the north on the A20/E9 take exit 33 and join the N520 to its junction with the N21 at a bridge on the River Vienne. Do not join the N21 and turn right onto Boulevard Bel Air to the junction with the D941 and turn left This eventually becomes the N141. At Chabanais join the D170 and head towards Pressignac. At Pressignac join the D160 and the site is on the left off this road just before you reach the bridge over the lake. From the south on the A20/E9 take exit 36 and join the D554 to the junction with the N21 at the River Vienne. Continue ahead on Boulevard Bel Air to the junction with the D941then continue as above.
