Camping le Domaine du Logis is an attractive rural site with enthusiastic owners, set in the grounds of an old château. The site’s upgraded modern facilities are housed in traditional converted barns and farm buildings, which are well-maintained and equipped. There are 203 pitches, 67 of which are for touring units. The grass pitches are level, of a generous size and divided by mature hedges and trees. All have 10A electricity connections, water and drainage.

This site would appeal to most age groups, with plenty to offer the active, including a fitness room with a good range of modern equipment and a sauna for those who prefer to relax or perhaps enjoy a quiet day’s fishing by the lake. A water playground for children is on site.

For the evenings, there is a pleasant bar and an excellent restaurant. Although set in a quiet, rural part of the Brittany countryside, the nearby village of La Chapelle-aux-Filtzméens has a bar, restaurant and shops. A 20-minute car ride will bring you into the large town of Rennes, or perhaps travel north for 30 minutes to Mont Saint-Michel, Dinan, Dinard and the old fishing port of Saint Malo to sample the famous Brittany seafood.

Directions to Domaine du Logis

Turn south off N176 onto D795 signed Dol-de-Bretagne. Continue to Combourg and then take D13 to La Chapelle-aux-Filtzméens. Continue for 2 km. to site on right.
