Chateau de Lacomté is an adults-only campsite on 32 acres of parkland within the heart of 'The Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park along the route of St Jacques de Compostelle. It is the perfect stop for those that want to explore the Lot and the Dordogne.

The campsite has 86 touring pitches fully serviced with electricity at 10amp, water and drainage. The campsite offers an outdoor swimming pool, Restaurant, Bar, Pizzeria, tennis court and a spa. Other facilities on the grounds include free WiFi internet access, a launderette, fridge rental and sanitary facilities. There is also entertainment in high seasons, such as live music and themed food evenings. The campsite's restaurant can be found in the chateau, offering traditional French cuisine overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and countryside views.

You can choose to have what is known as a Freedom Pitch where you have the use of a car such as a Renault Clio or Fiat Punto, based on two adults; this package is only around €65 per day, which saves a lot of hassle and get you out and about further afield.
