Set amidst glorious rolling countryside, some 80 km south of Hanover, this is an immaculate site on the banks of the Weser river and located between Holzminden and Polle. It is a credit to its Dutch owners Jan and Astrid Reus who have owned it for several years and their passion for making it a great place to stay is evident throughout. The river is the obvious highlight of the site, with plenty of birdlife. It is a quiet site, perfect for a relaxing holiday and ideal for both couples and families with young children.

There are 128 pitches (118 for touring units) which are arranged on two areas. Pitches on the lower area are on grass and alongside the river bank. All are 120 sq.m. and have electrical connections (10A, Europlug). Upon arrival you are shown to your pitch by Jan and he will connect your electric up for you. Reception is in the main building which also houses the bar where you can enjoy a drink either inside or outside on the terrace.

Directions to Campingplatz Weserbergland

From A7 at exit 69 take B3 and then left onto B64 signed Holzminden. Follow B64 for 40 km. and then left onto B83 for 8 km. From here the site is signed.
