The heated outdoor swimming pool and toddler pool directly adjacent to the site are free of charge. You can explore the surrounding area via river as the site offers kayak hire. Bicycle rental is also available.

Directions to Campingplatz Saaleinsel

From the A7 junction 97 Hammelburg join the B287 towards Hammelburg and Karsbach. Near Karsbach bear right to join St2303 to Gemünden-am-Main. Cross 2 river bridges in quick succession and turn right and very shortly right again. Take the next left turn and the site is on this road.
