This established family run site is in attractive Alpine valley high (almost 700 m) in the Bavarian Alps and close to a ski lift. It has level grass and gravel pitches with open views towards Rauschberg to the south which reaches a height of 1,645 m. It provides another excellent location all year for walking, cycling and in the winter for skateboarding and skiing. All 63 touring pitches (123 in total) have 10A electricity. Although no English is spoken, the Bichler family ensure the site is well managed and maintained. If the reception is closed (open mornings only in low season) a sign will tell you where to camp and you will find those electricity boxes open.
