If you are looking to stay in Germany, but close to the borders with France and Switzerland, this would be an excellent option. On the southern edge of the Black Forest, with its mild, dry climate and, reputedly, the most sunshine hours in Germany, Lug ins Land sits amongst vineyards with beautiful views across the Rhine Valley to the Vosges Mountains.

The site has 424 grass pitches, 244 for tourers, all with 16A electricity connections. Many visitors come to take advantage of the local mineral baths and the spa can be reached on foot through the vineyards. There is a train station nearby for trips to Basel, with its rich cultural and architectural heritage.
