Camping Wattenlöper is located in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, the largest German North Sea spa. From the site it is only one hundred metres to the sandy beach. In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the centre of the nearest town Duhnen. With its many shops, cafés and restaurants it is the perfect place for you to stroll and shop. As the beach is so close that too is ideal for a walk on the kilometre-long beach of Cuxhaven and enjoy the sun and fresh sea air in just 2.5 hours you can reach the offshore island of Helgoland. Cuxhaven offers you many sports that you can practice directly on site including guided walks, cycle routes, swim nearby in the sea and windsurfing. The site has 120 grass/hardstanding touring pitches with 16-amp hook-up point, half of which are occupied by seasonal units. There are also 11 apartments/chalets available to hire.

There is an adventure pool and the spa centre just 800 metres from the site. For something different you could take a trip on the “mudflat wagon” through the mudflats to the island of Neuwerk or walk across the seabed.

Location

From Bremen take the A27 to Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. Then follow signs to Duhnen and now the site signs.
