Situated on a wooded hillside close to the A8 autoroute, this neat and tidy site is an ideal stopover between Stuttgart and Ulm. The 55 good sized plots for touring units each have water and 16A electric supply and are positioned on terraces at the front of the site, with little shade. The rear of the site is used for seasonal units. The restaurant/bar provides a good selection of local food and is open every evening. For a longer stay, the towns of Ulm and Blaubeuren are worth a visit and a tour of the Laichingen Pothole (the deepest show cave in Germany) should not be missed.

Facilities at Camping Waldpark Hohenstadt

A large modern toilet block is centrally situated, containing WCs, hot showers (free tokens for touring units), washbasins and accessible facilities. A smaller modern block in the touring area provides WCs and washbasins. Washing machine and dryer. Motorhome services. Small shop in reception for basics (bread to order). Restaurant/bar (evenings). Play area with zip line,  Activity programme (5-10 yrs; high season). Electric bicycle hire. Table tennis, Nordic skiing in winter. WiFi.
