Medulin has a fabulous setting near Pula on the tip of the Istrian peninsula, enjoying great views of the offshore island and the town’s twin church towers. Consisting of a peninsula about 1.5 km long and a small island accessed by a road bridge, the site is thickly wooded with mature pine trees producing a carpet of needles. Pitches are marked and separated into three sizes. The land is undulating, but there is no shortage of level areas. There are around 900 touring pitches, all with 10/16A electricity and some mobile homes which are not intrusive.

The site has no swimming pool but has a huge water chute into a plunge pool. It is able to offer swimming at one of its hotels close by (small charge) and as the sea virtually surrounds it via a gently sloping rocky beach, swimming and sunbathing are convenient and safe as lifeguards are provided. There are areas of coarse sand which are brilliant for children and other paddlers. This is a very pleasant family site with lots of fun things to do. With competitive prices, a very pleasant stay can be had by families and others.

The sanitary blocks are kept very clean. Washbasins and showers are a mixture of outdoors and under cover. Shop, market and produce stalls. Motorhome service area. Seven restaurants or snack bars provide a large range of fare. Cocktail bar. Ice for sale. Fridge rental. Play area. Watersports. Barbecues are not permitted on pitches. Free WiFi.

Directions to Camping Village Medulin

Approaching from the north (Koper, Rovinj), on outskirts of Pula turn to follow signs for Medulin and site. Site is at far end of village and is well signed.
