This small family site has smart, paved roads and neat, clipped hedges and is proudly run by the experienced Rotellini family. Reception is a short walk from the road entrance. There is a small bar. Some of the 100 regularly sized pitches (with 4A electricity) are shaded by mature gum trees, some by shade screens. Cars are parked in a separate area. There are a few pitches on the sea boundary giving great views over the soft sand beach. This is a very pleasant site, popular with windsurfers and German campers.

A beachside restaurant offers a self service menu plus a bar with excellent verandas. The site has a market style shop. The beach shelves slowly into the sea and there are all manner of watersports available. With its easy beach access the site is ideal for campers with mobility problems.

One very smart, modern, centrally located toilet block has excellent fittings. Mixed squat and British style WCs. Facilities for children and accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Motorhome services. Shop. Bar and beach restaurant. TV room. Play areas. Tennis. Entertainment programme in season and miniclub. Massage (charged). Watersports on beach. WiFi over site (free with stays of 1 week).

Directions to Camping Valle Santa Maria

Site is on the south side of the island, in Lacona. From Portoferraio take the Lacona road and site is well signed as you approach the village. Do not take the first right turn signed to Lacona as this takes you across country.
