The Dusserm family, the owners, are very proud of their regional culture and heritage and will ensure you are made welcome. The reception is friendly, with an area for local foods, maps and good tourist information. This site is special because of the range and type of activities that it offers. These include tai chi, qi gong, massage, archery, walking, climbing and canoeing. Choral and creative activities are offered. There are 40 touring pitches all with 6-10A electricity. Mobile homes and chalets are available to rent. The mountain view from the terrace is magnificent.

Ongoing improvements include a dedicated motorhome parking area. Play areas have been expanded to cater for different age groups, including lively teenagers. There is a shop and bread can be ordered for delivery the following morning. The bar and restaurant area is large and well equipped. The site is rural but has a bus stop just outside providing access to Argelès-Gazost and the renowned pilgrimage town of Lourdes. The family also offers a pick up service from various airports and towns, and car hire.

Directions to Camping Soleil du Pibeste

Agos-Vidalos is on the N21, which becomes the D821, 5 km. south of Lourdes. Leave expressway at second exit, signed Agos-Vidalos and continue on D921B to site, a short distance on the right.
