Camping Seewiese is located directly on the Illmensee lake in Illmensee, Baden-Württemberg. The campsite is currently undergoing renovations, with a new sanitary building expected to be completed by the end of June 2024. In the meantime, they are offering a temporary sanitary solution. On-site, there are 40 touring pitches available with 16Amp electric hook-up points. Pitches are spacious and are delimited by mature hedging, giving privacy to each pitch. Trees provide ample shade during the summer, and some have lake views. 

The campsite is located directly on the Illmensee Lake, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy the outdoors and enjoy recreational water activities such as swimming, fishing, and boating. On-site facilities include a communal games room with a library, a small children's playground and table tennis. A communal BBQ can also be found onsite if you wish to dine at Alfresco. Supplies can be purchased from the small shop at the reception and a food van arrives on site weekly during high season. 

The Illmensee region is an excellent place for outdoor activities. You can visit the Illmensee Wildlife Park, where you can see a variety of animals, including deer, wild boar, and foxes. Sigmaringen Castle is also worth visiting. It is a beautiful hilltop castle that offers stunning views of the Danube River valley.
