Campsite See Achtern Diek is in Otterndorf, Lower Saxony, located by the sea and by a lake. Cuxhafen is already worth a holiday. And the area on the beach near Otterndorf is most endearing. Beautiful location well maintained and a wonderful view of the Elbe estuary. The site is separated by a dike at the mouth of the Elbe. Directly on site is a lake with sunbathing lawn where numerous leisure activities are offered, including a water ski facility, windsurfing, wild water sailing, kayaking and water-skiing. There is no restaurant, but there is a good one near the lake. The site staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly noteworthy is the varied greenery on the site but also the location itself, right next to the beautiful Bad Otterndorf. Wi-Fi charged. Children’s playground. Indoor playground Sports area. Hikers' cabins available to rent. Dogs allowed. The site has several cycling routes. Entertainment programme. In the vicinity you can swim in the sea. The site has 800 pitches, 212 for touring units, 340 occupied by seasonal units, 6 log cabins available to hire and the rest are used by mobile homes.

Directions to Camping See Achtern Diek

From Bremen on the A27 continue to the end of the A27 and join the B73 in the direction of Otterndorf. Continue to follow B73. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B73. Turn left onto Alter Weg. Next take a sharp left onto Altenbrucher BahnhofstraßeAm Altenbrucher Markt. Continue to follow Altenbrucher Bahnhofstraß. Turn right onto Wehldorfer Str which eventually becomes Wehldorf. Bear right to stay on Wehldorf. Continue ahead onto Müggendorfer Str. Next turn left onto Westerwischer Weg. Stay on this past a lake on your right and at a junction right turn onto Deichstraße the site will then be straight ahead. This is not the shortest route, but it does keep you away from the centre of the town.
