This is a very large site situated in extensive woodland and just back from the coast. A keen birdwatcher once told the owner that he had seen 50 different species of birds. There are 450 pitches of which 300 are for touring, mainly shaded but some in small clearings. One section at the top of the site, across a minor road, is always quiet and peaceful. Half of the pitches have electricity (10A), some also have a water tap. A number of mobile homes and chalets are to rent.

A long room houses the bar, snack bar with takeaway and a small restaurant, together with an electronic games area. A small shop sells bread and a few basics. The large pool complex, some of which is covered and heated, includes a slide, flume and a paddling pool. A programme of activities and entertainment for children and adults is organised in high season. The sea is just over a kilometre away and nearby are the salt-marshes producing the famous ‘Sel de Guérande’.

Bar, snack bar, takeaway and restaurant (July/Aug only). Swimming pool complex with slide, flume and paddling pool (1/4-30/9). Play area. Electronic games (July/Aug). Multisports pitch. Minigolf. WiFi (charged).

Directions to Camping Parc du Guibel

On N165 from Vannes, leave at exit 15 towards La Roche Bernard, turn left to join D774 towards La Baule. 8 km. after Herbignac, turn right on D48 to St Molt and Mesquer towards Piriac. Do not take coast road but turn left on D52. Site signed on right in 3 km.
